3. What ventilation modes does the BiPAP A40 offer?

The BiPAP A40 offers various ventilation modes, including BiPAP, S/T (Spontaneous/Timed), and T (Timed) modes. These modes can be customised to meet the patient’s specific needs and provide the appropriate level of respiratory support.

4. Can the BiPAP A40 be used at home?

Yes, the BiPAP A40 can be used at home under healthcare professionals’ guidance. It is designed to provide respiratory support in a homecare setting for individuals who require additional assistance with breathing.

5. Does the BiPAP A40 have alarms for safety?

Yes, the BiPAP A40 has an alarm system to alert healthcare providers of potential issues or changes in the patient’s condition. These alarms can notify about low tidal volume, high respiratory rate, disconnection, and other critical events.

6. Can I rent the BiPAP A40 ventilator?

Yes, renting the BiPAP A40 ventilator is a standard option for individuals who require short-term respiratory support.
