The first rotavirus vaccine dose is administered at 2 months, then second dose at 4 months and the third at 6 months. Each rotavirus vaccine injection is administered at a gap of 4 to 8 weeks.
If incase for some reason any of the dose gets missed then there is no need to start the rotavirus vaccination from the start but, completing the entire vaccine dosage is necessary within the time frame.
